I spent a fabulous Saturday at the spa. My facial by Stacy was one of the best I think I’ve ever had. The decor is comfortable and lovely. The pool area and spa menu were perfect for a full day break and relaxation.

The SPA at The Alfond Inn is an absolute gem nestled right in the heart of Winter Park! I enjoyed a delicious lunch from The Café, which I ordered poolside and had conveniently delivered. Followed by a massage therapy session with Tammy. WOW…Incredible! She has such gifted and healing hands which melted all my tension away, leaving me so relaxed and rejuvenated. I also spent some extra time enjoying the steam room, sauna, and other amenities which were very clean, well-stocked, and immaculate. From the moment I stepped foot in the door, to my departure, I received the most exceptional, warm, professional, and welcoming service by Dayleann (the Spa Director) and ALL of the staff!! I can’t thank you all enough. If you have a special celebration, a group event, or just need a self- care day (like I did!) I highly recommend The SPA at The Alfond Inn! ? I can’t wait to come back!

My recent birthday celebration here was nothing short of a dream come true. The enchanting ambiance of Winter Park seamlessly blended with the refined luxury of the spa, crafting a day that felt truly magical. From the moment I arrived, the staff's impeccable attention to detail and warmth made me feel like royalty. The personalized birthday cards, along with the many thoughtful touches, elevated the experience beyond expectation.

The relaxation lounge offered a serene and calming retreat, the perfect prelude to my indulgent treatments. The gua sha massage, in particular, was a standout—invigorating and deeply rejuvenating. The sauna and steam room provided the ideal finishing touch, offering profound relaxation and detoxification in a lavish setting.

In every way, my day at The Spa at The Alfond Inn was an experience I will treasure. The luxurious surroundings, coupled with outstanding service and the captivating allure of Winter Park, made it a five-star affair that surpassed all expectations. I had such a wonderful relaxing day! My relaxation massage was so amazing!! Ms. Panther did an excellent job and she is so personable. I will return for many massages from her! What a fabulous employee you have!!!

This is one of the best spa's in orlando!! The staff is fantastic and all of the providers are phenomenal! I've been here a few times and each time I go it is better. They even do fun yoga events. This place is definitely my new favorite spa in orlando and I can't wait to see what they do next!

Staying at the Alfond Inn and visiting the Spa was a divine experience! The staff - from the valet attendants, to the front desk, to lastly the housekeepers - were friendly and provided impeccable service. The Inn is absolutely gorgeous and a work of art. Truly, it was a delightful stay!

As for the spa, WOW. What a gem! The front desk staff was informative and helpful in providing information about the spa and its amenities. The staff could be spotted everywhere - whether they were cleaning, guiding arriving guests or restocking, they stayed busy ensuring all areas of the spa were in tip-top shape. The cleanliness and the attention to detail in the locker rooms and waiting areas were outstanding, which provided for a luxurious experience. We booked a couples massage and our therapists were wonderful, ensuring we both were comfortable and relaxed. Can’t wait to book our next appointment!

If I could recommend one improvement, it would be in the pool area as it relates to drink orders. There were times we felt forgotten as the server continually passed us by without checking in on us. Although it was a minor inconvenience, it did not hinder our overall experience.

Please, do yourself a favor and book a weekend getaway or spa day at the Alfond Inn. You can’t go wrong with either or both. Either way, you’d be in for a treat worthwhile!

My masseuse was Amazing! He was very friendly, did a great job explaining services that were available to me, and was very welcoming and hospitable!

We spent time out by the pool and while the amenities were lovely the service was not what you’d expect at a place like the Alfond. It took us 45 minutes to get drinks and food and when the food came out, the order was partially incorrect. We asked the other server if she could take care of us, and she happily did. She did a much better job than the other server which helped to improve our overall experience. This is my fourth time visiting your spa and I really do love it. It appears to me there are still some kinks that are getting worked out, but I love having the alfond in our community and happy to have a spa so close to home.

We spent a wonderful day here! Excellent staff, and the massage therapist are insanely good. I got a relaxation massage from Lynn, and when I tell you it was perfect, it was perfect! The spa amenities are wonderful and so relaxing with warm stone chairs, a sauna, and steam room in the ladies room (men’s room has sauna and steam but no stone chairs). The lighting, music, everything is designed to relax you. They also had free salt scrub to use. All the amenities are modern and well kept. The entire place is gorgeous! My one recommendation is for them to keep an eye on the salt scrub and cool towels at the end of the day. By 1.5 hours before closing, the sale scrub was empty and cool towels gone but never refilled and no attendant I saw to ask. We won a gift card to here, but if we’d paid full price, I would’ve been frustrated by this. Otherwise a perfect was to spend the day. I recommend arriving at opening. You won’t want to leave! One last suggestion for them is to have an attendant taking food orders by the pool. We never saw anyone so we had to leave the spa to order food when we would’ve preferred to eat by the pool and have the food brought. Small improvements could be made, but it’s a beautiful property with great staff!
