This place just wasn't for me. I'd have enjoyed things a lot more if I could have worn sandals and my own attire (rather than the required provided uniforms).

The nude area was my favorite space due to the hot tubs, jets, cold plunge and steam room. I noticed many ladies skipped that altogether b/c they didn't wanna get naked in front of complete strangers. So I had that entire space to myself which was nice. Very relaxing.

I hated the no shoe policy. Really didn't like walking around the entire facility barefoot (especially in the toilet areas). I guess socks are allowed but I hadn't known that in advance.

If a variety of saunas are your thing then you'll probably enjoy the selection on the 2nd (co-ed) level. There's also lounge chairs to relax in.

Didn't try the restaurant because it wasn't open.

I left feeling disappointed (especially for the price) and won't return.

Would NOT stay at the hotel IF we ever visit. Over priced and run down. The room had mold on baseboards and floor, the cabinet had a large iron burn in it, as you can see by the photos. Instead of a desk chair we had a $10 Walmart folding chair! The bed was amazing. The tub looked awesome however the water pressure was so low it took 50 minutes to fill it up. No one serviced our room even though we asked for our bed to be made and towels picked up. No room service. They searched our bags. We were told we could not bring in food or drinks. A definite disappointment. The spa was decent however, you are asked to pay for large/pool towels. Two of the main attractions were closed for renovations. Drinks are over priced. On Friday night at 8pm, the “hotel bar” was closed as well as the “hotel restaurant.” Would definitely stay at a nicer hotel and visit the spa IF we ever visit again.

This place is amazing. Visited from Wisconsin 3/28. It is 50 admissions to get in plus whatever massage you book. They are pretty expensive. Now here’s where it gets interesting. You have to take a shower and you see everyone nude before you can even go out and enjoy yourself in the other areas of the palace. They also provide you with an outfit that you must wear in certain areas. Drinks are pretty decent I didn’t try the food. Well worth the money for me.

Great experience over all. However I don’t recommend this place for children. It’s mainly all adults and the bathing suits are not all “appropriate”. For the women’s locker room it is traditional Korean bath so there are no shower curtains it’s an all nude bath space. There are lockers for your shoes and your clothes there’s inside restrooms where you can change if you don’t feel comfortable changing in the open area. I loved the saunas. But just an FYI they only carry up to 3XL in the change of clothes they give for the saunas and they do run small. Just a fair warning lol Once you’re inside you can’t leave the spa. They do have a sushi restaurant and a Thai restaurant inside the place. It is a perfect get away for a day. You can relax enjoy the saunas and pool area!

Great place if you want to have a day to relax. They have several dry saunas with different themes. Also, they have several Jacuzzis with different temperatures. That way, you can choose which one is just the one you liked the most. They have steam saunas and even a cold room. Infrared showers, food restaurants, rest areas, heated pools, males and females only areas. On top the have extra services like massage, pedí or manicure, etc. Staff is very friendly.

Fantastic place! Alejandro and Kelly at the front desk were very informative and helpful. Adam in the bar was a fantastic bartender. The salt cave and ice cave(cold room) weren’t as pronounced as I expected. Being from Minnesota I would’ve preferred a colder Cold room but the cold tub at 65 degrees and other hot tubs and saunas made up for it. The jets available in every pool and tub are fabulous but they don’t stay on very long so you have to keep pressing the button every couple of minutes. In addition to the $10 rental fee for a robe There was a $20 deposit charged to my card for the use of a robe which has yet to be refunded to my account. Most every sauna and spa was open and available minus a couple which were closed for remodeling/repair. I feel amazing and look forward to returning next time I’m in Texas. I even tried the nude Only bath area regardless of my reservations. It was comfortable and an outstanding experience not to be skipped. My favorite experience was the Charcoal Sauna. Hottest option and I wanted to live in it!

I've been here once years before, and I got nervous looking at all the reviews that said it went downhill. Tried again today and turns out, still pretty good! Sure, it aged a bit, some of the water jet outside don't turn on, but all just little things that's normal for a big establishment like this. It's still a very good experience! A must try for anyone never been here before, or just wanted a relaxing spa day. $60 Friday to Sunday is a bit steep, especially since you still have to buy food inside. Hopefully, there's groupon in the future for the weekend too, not just on weekdays. Otherwise, this can only be a place you don't visit often. Food wise, the pork in the pork suntofu is a little stinky, but otherwise taste not bad, don't expect too much, and you'll be fine.

I had a horrible experience here. If you enjoy someone coming to look at you naked every 2 minutes then this may be the place for you but it was extremely uncomfortable for me. I have been coming here for a long time now and this is the first time I had such a horrible experience. I was enjoying the sauna when someone from the staff, a guy with red curly hair opened the door and said, “ I know what you all are doing in here. I did not see anything, but I know.” And he walked off. We were all left confused as to what just happened. After that he kept coming to look at me naked every 2 minutes and it was very uncomfortable. Then he got the manager involved and while I was sitting in the hot tub the manger just stared at me. I am still confused as to what happened and I was getting accused of something that the staff member said did not see? I am never coming here again.

To respond to the owner’s reply, I absolutely agree and understand that the safety and well being of your customers is priority, but I emphasize again that your staff stated in his own words that he did not see anything, yet accused your customers who where relaxing in the sauna of something that he said did not see. Then a cascade of events that happened there after was due to a false accusation of something that was not witnessed per your staff. I hope you can understand how uncomfortable it was, especially from a place that people go to relax and decompress.
