PALACE Day Spa

The spa is nice, and overall the staff was friendly. During the treatment, I had to remind the lady of what services I should be getting because she almost skipped some parts. Then, at the end, I was rushed out by the receptionist (despite my nails not being dry). When I got home, my toenails were messed up from my shoes. For 50€ + charges, I expected better service.

I booked a spontaneous massage for my grandma and I was so happy that I did! The staff was very friendly, cooperative and very patient. The masseur Garciella went above and beyond to make it memorable for my grandma, and was so kind! Highly recommend the place. Maybe next time I’m in Frankfurt I’ll get something done for myself too! 😍 great location, clean interior and amenities, prices were decent too!

The pedicure was well done and the staff was nice. However, the ‘hot oil massage’ part of the treatment I had booked was ignored on the day. So I ended up paying 75€ for just a pedicure and shellac, which is ridiculous. I did not bring it up to the staff as I felt awkward to ‘demand’ a foot massage. But it’s not something clients should have to remind the staff of to start with! If a massage is supposed to be included in the service, you can’t just conveniently ‘forget’ about it and then still not notice when charging the full price at the end.

I had a pedicure with Celina and was everything perfect, the place is very beautiful and clean, the team is really nice, I will definitely come back.

Jede Behandlung ist individuell abgestimmt und genau auf die Bedürfnisse meiner Haut zugeschnitten. Das Studio hat eine angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre, und Anastasia nimmt sich immer Zeit, alles genau zu erklären. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und bestens aufgehoben. Meine Haut hat sich sichtbar verbessert – sie strahlt richtig! ✨ Wer eine Kosmetikerin sucht, die Fachwissen, Einfühlungsvermögen und Herz verbindet, ist bei Anastasia genau richtig. 💆‍♀️🌸

Ich bin mit der Behandlung und dem Service sehr zufrieden. Anastasia ist kompetent, freundlich und arbeitet sorgfältig. Auch die Preisgestaltung ist fair und nachvollziehbar. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann das Studio weiterempfehlen.

Hier stimmt einfach ALLES: Anastasia denkt wirklich an jede Kleinigkeit, damit man sich rundum wohl fühlt. Das Studio ist sehr wertig und mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Auch Sauberkeit wird hier neben dem Dienstleistungsgedanken ganz groß geschrieben. Mein Mann und ich haben uns beide nach unseren Behandlungen gefühlt wie nach einem kurzen Erholungsurlaub.
