I love this med spa! I have been to many different places until I came across this one and haven’t been to another since. The owner is very sweet the front desk is very helpful and they’re very thorough on the laser hair removal, making sure to get everything!! I would recommend this place 🙂

I had my first laser appointment today with the owner Rochelle and she is so knowledgeable and explains Everything so thoroughly. I didn’t feel much!! It was so quick and seamless! I will continue to come to this spa and I highly recommend!

The worst spa in Orlando!
The owner as well as the staff are very rude and they mistreat their customers!
I was forced to leave because I complained about the wait time which was going to be 1 hour knowing that I had an appointment and showed up on time!
They overbooked and had a lobby full of people but according to them, as a customer you have no right to express your frustration.
Bottom line, if you are a person who is not okay with being mistreated and disrespected, do not go to this place as there are plenty of other choices!

I had the worst experience! The receptionist is extremely rude and disrespectful. Her boss (the owner of this place) empowers her and the rest of the staff to mistreat the customers.
They will make you wait at least one hour even when you have an appointment and if you complain, they will attack you.
I do not recommend this spa to anyone due to the lack of professionalism and the bad customer service.

I have been coming to this business for almost 2 years. The owners have changed, so did the service, prices, and quality apparently. I had 3 laser areas to work on and I asked the price before the treatment to make sure I could afford and they told me that it would be only couple of dollars difference in total. I said okay. My appointment was at 2:15, and they couldn’t find my name on the system and I was in the room at 3:20, it was okay, I had time. The technician has changed and she was so nice and funny, but she has done a very poor job. It took her only 5 mins to finish full leg, brazilian, and under arms. I asked couple of times if it touched all the areas for real because I thought that she was only spreading the gel. I didn’t feel anything, she told me that the gel had nom effect, but I saw the light coming from the machine. I saw that there was no way it touched everywhere at all it was so fast and previous technician was taking her time. She told me that the gel had nom effect that’s why it felt that fast. I tried to communicate, but I didn’t care that much since I was on my last treatments. When I went to pay for it, they told me that both leg and brazilian prices was up $20 and under arm was up $7. There was 47$ difference with the prices she told me. After I told her that it wasn’t what she told, “only a couple of dollar difference” and I wouldn’t go in if I knew that it wasn’t just couple of dollars. I am a student and my parent was covering it for me. She started yelling and acted like I was pissing her, then started talking about how inflation affected them. This conversation was horrible and I feel bad for people who will have to deal with her. She told me that I can go and not come back and don’t have to pay. I refuse to leave without paying. Then she did a different math and told me only under arm was higher than what I paid the last time and acted like this was what she told me before. I paid the amount where couple of dollar difference was applied. I could leave without paying which was offered very rudely. I am not planning to back here for anything, but this was my experience and felt very uncomfortable. Hope you have a good day.

Horrible, I mean HORRIBLE experience. The owner (Mia) is extremely disrespectful and will kick you out if you express your dissatisfaction because of dirty goggles for laser hair removal, making you wait over an hour even though you have an appointment, overbooking, etc. Never write reviews but beware, this place is TERRIBLE AND DIRTY!

I have been going there for a while now and have always had a good experience. Very clean and good quality services. Alejandra there now is great! Pays attention to detail and very knowledgeable. I always book my next appointment before I leave and will be seeing her in 8 weeks!
