Great experience at the spa. All of the staff was truly wonderful and the view was incredible. Very clean facility. Zachary made my first massage experience incredible! He is an awesome massage therapist!!! Highly recommend. thanks Zachary!

Great experience at the spa for our anniversary. We came early for our massage and they told us we can go enjoy the hot tub while we wait (we were 30 minutes early). We both had a wonderfully relaxing hour long massage after which we got back into the hot tub for even more relaxation. I like that each hot tub has a different temperature set so if it’s too hot for you there are other options or you can take a swim in red pool. There is also an outside hot tub which is just that much more enjoyable in the winter! A must visit if you’re in the area.

It was such an amazing experience. The spa pools are beautiful, the saunas are spacious.

I had a hot stone massage from Mike and it was wonderful. He was very professional, friendly and made me feel very comfortable. 10/10 would recommend.

My partner and I went here for a couples massage. It’s very expensive but the RMT was covered by our work benefits! The facility is GORGEOUS and so clean! After our beautiful massage we got access to the spa mineral pools of different temperatures and the hotels indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs for 3 hours. It was a glorious date day - highly recommend!

Seperate female and male changing rooms, sauna, and steam room. Lots of pools of different temperature. Not too busy (Tuesday afternoon). Pool outside is lovely and warm. Luxurious lotions and hot drinks and snacks included.
Staff were extremely friendly.

I had a great experience at the spa. However, the pricing is bit high for the overall experience as similar amenities (pools, hot pools, sauna, are available in the pool area available to all hotel guests). I would recommend taking full advantage of the time before/after your service to enjoy the amenities. The mineral pools are serene and beautiful and the treatment rooms were well appointed though the beds were not heated. My therapist was excellent. Recommend making reservations well in advance.

Had a wonderful and relaxing massage treatment here. This is a wonderful spa situated in the glorious Banff Springs Hotel. The prices include gratuity and are on the pricier side, but the experience is well worth the price. Highly recommended!
