I bought a Groupon for 51% off their $215 microneedling service. I went online to their website and their only $215 microneedling service covered the face, neck, and décolleté. So I waited two months then booked my first microneedling appointment. I’m 64 and looking to get rid of wrinkles. When I made my appointment, she said it would be for face only. I explained that there must be some mistake, because I thought I bought the trio, and I didn’t see any other $215 treatment.
I went to the appointment with my supporting documentation, and the owner came out to speak with me. She explained that they use Groupon to introduce new customers to her business, and that they honor it for face only. But I told her that as a customer, I paid for a $215 service and was disappointed to see that 2 out of three areas were excluded. It didn’t seem fairly represented. The owner quickly got mad at me and started telling me I was telling her how to run her business and said many other things that she really shouldn’t have said. Her attitude was very unprofessional, and disrespectful to a new customer trying to work through a problem. I really felt scammed at that point, and wondered if I should even keep the appointment, but I decided to keep it. Especially because it would have affected the other employees. And I’m glad I did, because the esthetician was worth it. She was very pleasant. She explained the procedure to me, showed me the new needles, told me she could adjust the depth if it got too painful, and I felt in good hands. They don’t do numbing.
Unfortunately, because of the misrepresentation, and the owners bad attitude , I will not be back to this place, and I would just issue a buyer beware of any services purchased for them through a 3rd party.

Great service and good prices, location is less than ideal, but not a major issue. The girl that waxed me was very gentle and kind, however, there was quite a bit of hair left behind after my Brazilian wax, so sadly do not think I will be coming back. Also like other reviews said, no mirror to look at it after so you can’t bring up if they missed any spots. I saw this in the reviews and thought maybe by now they would’ve seen them and thought to add a handheld mirror to the rooms but they did not. Potentially might be a good option for other services but was not satisfied with my wax.

I’ve been to other waxing/sugaring studios in the area, and none of them are nearly as great as this place. The employees are professional, kind, and clearly care about their clients! S/o to Angie particularly, who is absolutely incredible every single time and is the reason I refuse to go anywhere else. She makes sure to talk me through the processes, and even helps with products for my skin + offering after-care tips. Absolutely above and beyond service. Go here, you won’t regret it.

My friend asked me to accompany her to her appointment. I agreed since I had questions.. let me say what a warm welcome. The tech Lisette was so informative. She sensed I was super nervous to even ask my questions. She made it her business to acknowledge my fear and remind me that I wasn't the only one.. She was so wonderful at explaining the process step by step. Her comfort became my comfort. My friend had a great experience.. and so did I. Making my appt for next month can't wait..
