ADTC was the best place for my daughters first sleep away camp experience (for both of us). Although slightly nervous upon arrival, she was quickly welcomed and was off and running. The positive energy and excitement was contagious. The staff were super sweet and helpful and put me at ease knowing my daughter was in good hands. I was very impressed with the Friday show and was filled with joy to see my daughter having so much fun with new friends. She is already talking about going back next summer for 2 weeks!

Great experience that focused on building character and self-confidence, rather than just dancing. Three adjectives I'd use to describe ADTC are fun, new experiences, and friendship. This was my daughter's first experience at a sleep away camp. She has high levels of anxiety, especially when away from me. She struggled being away the first night and morning and the director noticed and took extra time with her to help her feel more comfortable. Within an hour of chatting and listening to music with the director, she was feeling so much better and ready to dance. She just needed that connection and the staff was more than happy to help her tackle the anxiety. It was an amazing growing experience for her! We cannot wait for camp this summer!

My daughter has attended ADTC for 3 straight years (Illinois and Wisconsin). The amount of social growth this camping experience has provided her is immeasurable. The dancing is always great. I am always so impressed with the Friday Performance! It is amazing what can be done in such a short amount of time. My daughter has gained confidence and lasting friendships. The instruction and choreography is top-notch. Three adjectives I’d use to describe ADTC are social, exciting, and challenging.

We were pleased with the ADTC experience. Our daughter (10) attended ADTC as her first "sleep away camp", which, of course, can be scary. While she was slightly homesick, I think the friendliness of the staff and the focus of the dance routines alleviated the homesickness. And she gave the best (and simplest) testimonial: 'Mom, I want to do it again next year'.

My daughter absolutely loved every minute of her first time at ADTC Stratton. She really enjoyed all the dance classes, and felt there was a good balance of electives and other activities. She made some good friends in the short week she was there and had only positive things to say about the counselors. And I thought the end of week show was very impressive for the short amount of time. When we picked her up, she said she is definitely going again next summer!

I give ADTC 5 VERY enthusiastic stars! My daughter has been taking virtual dance lessons this year to get ready for an audition. Right away, I was impressed with the prompt communication and professionalism of the ADTC staff. My daughter's instructor was AMAZING! She brought so much energy and knowledge and fun to each virtual lesson! After each lesson, I received an email with notes from their session. My daughter felt confident and prepared for her audition and we couldn't have done it without ADTC. Highly recommend!

My daughter is a competitive dancer and has been to the WI location two years in a row and coming back again for two weeks this summer (actually begged and pleaded to go 3 weeks!). These camps have been an amazing experience for her as a dancer but also as girl. The counselors are great role models, the training was fantastic, and the outings were so fun. I love that this is something she’s been able to experience and convince several friends from her studio to join in on. We can’t wait for her two weeks this summer (I think she’s already started her countdown!) Thank you ADTC!!!

My daughter is an avid dancer and she loves new experiences. She’d been interested in sleepaway camp when we stumbled upon ADTC. When our daughter came home after her first week in North Carolina last summer, we knew we made a wonderful choice. Being able to read a bio on a world class dancer and then meet her during class was a huge thrill for her. She enjoyed making friends, learning new dance styles and spreading her wings a bit at a mere 9 years old. During the final performance and for days afterwards we were astounded by how much she had matured in both her dancing and her being. We have signed up for 2 weeks this year and my daughter has been “packing” for a month already! We are very excited for another summer with our ADTC family.
