Often very difficult to get a machine due to the small space for so many members. I am only to exercise available during peak times. The bathroom locker facilities are poor in my opinion, specifically: Lockers, many seems to not work (about 20%). Biggest complaint, I get ready for work after my workout and the sinks, one has not had water flow in months, the others have such poor water flow that it would classify as a minor dribble. Cannot brush teeth nor shave before work. Informed management a few times about water flow and no action. I challenge the owners to try and get ready for work in your facility for just one day. But, glad your saving water I suppose. We are paying adults and can manage our own water usage I believe. I pay $319 per month family dues. For $350 per month at Mayacama I get amazing facilities, steam rooms, normal water flow not managed by ‘thy bestower of thy water’, food etc. Near same price. If you don’t need facilities to get ready and you don’t workout during peak times, facility is fine. If you get ready for work there and/or are limited to workout at peak times I don’t recommend. Staff is nice and friendly.

This place is great. It's best to make an appointment before getting a massage. And they only take card, no cash. The 25 minute massage is amazing. I almost fell asleep during the massage. They have products you can buy for your face, body etc.
I liked how she had a cup of cold water waiting for me when I came out the room. It was peaceful.
The location of the spa is on the other side of the lobby. You can drive around or walk across to get to it.

I have been a member for many many years and I am considering making a change. They have done a great job with remodeling of the Gymnasium, however the Men’s sink area is a bad joke, the sinks if they are working barely dribble out water, the soap, if it works gives a spot about the size of a large pea, it is impossible to shave their anymore! The cost of a trainer there is over $60, for a half hour. It seems the trainer only gets a portion of that and the club takes a portion, I already pay for the membership, why does the club have to tact on more charges?

Janette was awesome! I haven’t used the facilities, but needed help with organizing a membership/Spa certificate gift for my job. She was a great communicator and was very friendly and flexible with my unique requests. She really went over the top with creating a certificate for us which made the process so smooth!

I love the health club. It's got great facilities with a really cool weightlifting area, pool and tennis courts. Its tucked away on the hillside by the Flamingo and ensconced between beautiful old trees. Staff is always super friendly and its easy to grab lunch at Lazeaway (the hotel restaurant) afterwards. I hear the spa services are being refreshed and expanded and plan to check it out.

The people who work at the health club are awesome. They work for a corporation that apparently does not value its members. Try to make a reservation for the Flamingo Pool and you get to go down a rabbit hole. Go ask Alice.

Excellent neighborhood athletic club. Excellent swimming pools and tennis courts, good free weights, weight machines and friendly service.

I recently moved from LA to rincon valley. The only reason I am a member here is due to a lack of options in the Rincon Valley area.
Everything at this club needs updating. From the card reader when members login (no NFC capabilities), to complete lack of customer service, to the failure to target younger demographics. The recent PE acquisition has yet to prove beneficial.
As demographics continue to move out of the cities, I strongly encourage ownership to reassess their assets and liabilities.
