Centro Place was one a beautiful community to live in, but now it's a health hazard. There's mold growing in the ceilings, homeless people sleeping in the back of the buildings, and there was even a homeless man with a warrant out for him sleeping in the laundry/storage room who exposed himself to residents.
It's sad to see how it has declined over the past decade.

Ugh! What a slum!! I'm not a tenant, but have delivered meds there a few times. Dingy, dirty not well maintained common areas. Garbage on the floors in hallways. Disgusting smells. Clear signs of untreated water damage in carpets. Damage to walls and door trims! Someone SERIOUSLY needs to up their maintenence budget!

My parents have lived on the property for over 10 years and have had nothing but great experiences. Through changes in ownership the staff has been consistent and pleasant to work with. Management has been very helpful through it all and accompating to them. This is a great community for our elderly parents where they still have there freedom with neighbors and staff the really care.

Very dissatisfied and disappointing to see management does not maintain the up keep of the property. Doors to the buildings are not secured. Lights around the property are out and completely pitch black at night which makes for dangerous happenings for the residents. Corporate has had several complaints and do not respond to the needs of the residents... Residents should call BBB or resort to exposing them on the news to get their attention again!

They building dirty they don't fix anything they are roach infested and the maintenance guy stealing out of the apartment when you leave the manager is nasty she talks to you rude and she never in the building this senior building is not fit to live in needs a lot of work
