No receptionist at front when I arrived on time for my appointment. I waited ten minutes (first time customer) and then ventured around to find her in a room chatting with the owner. They tried to 1) talk me into getting more botox injections than I wanted and 2) charging me more than the quoted amount so I had to ask for the first time price. Main complaint, after spending over $200 on my "11" I have no results except my left eyebrow is raised. What a waste of time and money. She said she is a pro for 22 years. Maybe go back to school. Didn't use botox either but some brand I never heard of that gave me a headache for 7 days! I'd go elsewhere. Jenny the receptionist would not let me explain my results and concerns when I called but just kept telling me to come in, and she was the best. "Come in", so I can spend more money for a headache!! Rip off.

Sandy and her team are amazing, they are enjoyable to be around and take their time with everyone! The spa is amazing, the experience is 10/10 from the start to finish!

I’ve been going to 180 for about two years now for Botox and lip filler. I appreciate that Sandy is very honest and direct in addressing my concerns. She makes sure the treatments I receive create symmetry and a natural look which is very important to me. I’ve been to other providers in the past and felt that everything was about their bottom line and not my best interest. I appreciate Sandy’s integrity and expertise. Highly recommend.

I come here regularly for my Botox and Lip fillers and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Sandy is by far the best there is. I LOVE this med spa, the ambiance, the staff, the professionalism, they offer every aesthetic service you can think of plus more. Now I started coming here for micro needling as well and I am beyond happy of the outcome. Linda is just phenomena!!! she walks you through everything and tells you exactly what you need. She’s amazing! My face looks amazing!

I really loved this place the cleanliness of the place and the vibe is really amazing and elegant. As for Sandy oooh wow she is the best of the best she has a really soft touch while injecting she is highly highly recommended. By the way this is NOT my first time getting BOTOX and I know when I say the quality of the product that she used is amazing and that she is an experienced person. Excellent service! Professional and organized!! Sandy & Karen are the BEST!!!! Started coming here a few years ago because of my son's mother, and I don't regret it at all!!!! I have been to many spas and skincare centers over the years, and this is the ONLY place where they treat you like you're family, and I don't have to worry about being ripped off.. Many places will dilute their products, but this is the first and only where they do not!! I HIGHLY recommend this professional and friendly establishment; you will not regret it!!
